서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)
'개발자 금이아빠의 하루하루' 서비스 이용약관
본 서비스 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 블로그 '개발자 금이아빠의 하루하루' 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리와 의무 및 책임사항 등을 규정합니다.
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 블로그 '개발자 금이아빠의 하루하루'에서 제공하는 자동 뉴스 요약 콘텐츠 및 그 부가 서비스 이용과 관련한 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 블로그 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
- 운영자는 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 블로그를 통해 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
- 블로그는 최신 뉴스를 기반으로 한 30초 뉴스요약 콘텐츠를 제공합니다.
- 서비스 내용은 운영자의 재량에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스의 중단)
운영자는 시스템 점검, 장애, 정기 업데이트 또는 기타 불가피한 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (지적 재산권)
- 블로그에 게시된 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원 저작자 또는 운영자에게 있으며, 무단 복제, 배포, 2차 가공을 금지합니다.
- 공정한 출처 명시와 비상업적 이용은 허용될 수 있으며, 사전 문의를 권장합니다.
제7조 (면책 조항)
- 본 블로그는 뉴스 요약 콘텐츠 제공을 목적으로 하며, 투자·법률·의료 등 전문적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 콘텐츠의 정확성과 시의성에 대해서는 보장을 하지 않으며, 이용자가 콘텐츠를 활용하여 발생한 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 (기타)
- 본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 대한민국 관련 법령 및 관례에 따릅니다.
Terms of Service for “Goldfather Dev’s Daily Blog”
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the blog “Goldfather Dev’s Daily Blog” and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of users and the blog operator.
