그는 공수처 기능 확대, 검찰 직접수사권의 추가 축소, 법원 내 판결 공개 시스템 개선 등을 추진할 것으로 보이며, 이를 통해 ‘국민 중심 사법체계’로의 전환을 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 그러나 법조계와 야당은 권력 집중 가능성 및 사법부 독립 훼손 우려를 표하며 반발하고 있어, 향후 개혁 방향과 추진력에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있습니다.

사법개혁은 오랫동안 논의만 무성했던 분야입니다. 국민 신뢰를 얻기 위한 투명하고 공정한 절차가 반드시 필요하며, 정치적 목적이 아닌 제도 개선이라는 본질에 집중해야 합니다. 개혁은 '속도'가 아니라 '신뢰'로 가야 합니다.
